Hi Robert,
Yes, you need to install it on your computer, connect the Passport, run the
utility and it should do it. Be aware that you will lose everything on your
hard drive.
Probably Windows CE 6.0 wills olve this problem, as each process/program
will be given 2 GB or virtual memory to do its own thing, just like Windows.

As far as the utility goes would I plug the passport into a pc and run the
utility?
For the memory of the bn, I am wondering, why this didn't happen when I had
my unit before.  It has only started since I got the unit back from repair.
I am wondering, if Hw were to upgrade the ce to 5 or 6 do you think this
would still happen?
