Here's some information that might be helpful. This was posted just a month or two ago, and I purchased my ethernet card from tech depot. Let me know if you have any problems getting in contact with them and I'll see if I can be of any further assistance. Isaih

Hi all,

here's the announcement for something we've been working on recently:

Ethernet for mPower and PK

Socket Rugged CF Ethernet Card - for mPower KeySoft version 6.2 and later,
and PK KeySoft version 7.0 and later.

The original Socket low-power Ethernet CF card is no longer easily available, so HumanWare have released a driver package to allow you to use its replacement - the Socket Rugged 10 100 Ethernet CF card. The card will work on the PK with KeySoft 7.0 or later, and on the mPower with KeySoft version 6.2. The drivers for this new card are not installed as part of
KeySoft but you can download them from our website at
http://www.humanware.com/Resources/drivers.asp

You need to download and run two files, which will set up your machine to use the new CF Ethernet card. The drivers are put onto the Flash Disk so they'll still be there after a service reset, or if your battery runs flat. Detailed instructions are available on the download page, and you need to
download the files for your machine type (either PK or mPower).

regards,

Andy.

Dear Anita:

The only Ethernet card supported by the Mpower is the low-power
CF Ethernet card mentioned in the manual.

It is made by Socket Communications.

Not sure where the best place to buy one is. Humanware sells
them, but you may be able to get a better price from Tiger Direct
or one of the other big mail-order/online merchants.

Not sure if you are in the USA or elsewhere.

Hope this helps.

Brian
