Hello Ray! First let me say that I fully recognize your right to express yourself and your opinions as you see fit. What I don't welcome on the other hand is the inability to resist the urge to misconstrue the intent of my message. Like you, I'm a firm believer in that I have just as much of a right to express myself as I deem it necessary as it pertains to discussions on this list. For the record, allow me to make myself abundantly clear. If in fact there became a time that I felt as though I wish to direct someone or a group of persons to take a discussion else where, I wouldn't as you insinuated I did, basically say shut up; I would just come out and unequivocally say what I feel. Yes, I think it's perfectly healthy for us as consumers of the Humanware product line to have various discussions pertaining to how we would like to see the products improve. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. On the other hand, what I do find a bit objectionable is that no matter what Humanware does in an attempt to please its customers, there always exists a number of individuals fully prepared to criticize for one reason or another. While I have made it no secret that I absolutely love my voicenote m power, like the majority of the people out here on the list, I too would love to see the implementation of a number of features that I think are long over due. And hopefully in that regard Humanware will heed the requests of its consumers and respond accordingly. In the mean time however, I would just simply like to see a little more appreciation for that which we already have available to us, and perhaps put more of an effort into coming up with a far more productive way of having a dialog with Humanware regarding some of the ways we as consumers might be better served as users of their notetakers. Now honestly, what's so wrong with that approach? Clearly you're not saying that it's an impossibility are you? Sure, we all love our beloved machines and desire to see significant upgrades and implementation of particular features. So that being the case, let's all endeavor to make our voices heard by Humanware, and at the same time let them know how much we appreciate the effort they're currently putting fourth. Thank you! Hi Isaih:

Interesting how some people want to stiffle discussion of the
Mpower by
equating expressions of opinion with complaining and basically
telling
people to shut up. This list is for discussion of the Mpower and
all of
the things we would want to see as well as what we may not like.
If you
don't like what someone has to say, then use the delete key.

I, for one, am very satisfied with my Mpower unit. However,
there are
improvements which could be made to this unit and I am glad that
HW
staff monitor this list and take the suggestions we all offer. I
can
tell you that does not happen on the competition's e-mail
discussion
lists all of the time.

I am thankful we have the right to discuss the good, bad and ugly
of the
Mpower on this list and I resent anyone basically telling other
list
participants to shut up simply because they don't like what was
said.

Thanks,
