Hi Robert,
Have you downloaded the updated USB driver?
Cheers,

Subject: [Braillenote] passport

Hello All,
A week ago, I had posted an e-mail about the fact that I could not get my Bn
to recognize the Western Digital Passport Drive.
Well, Joseph was very helpful in sending a Western Digital utility to me
that needed to be run to make the Hard drive a Fat
32 again.
I copied all of my folders off the hard drive, which took about a week,
given I had over 19 gb on the drive, and this morning I ran the utility.
After doing so, I plugged the hard drive into the Bn, and would you know,
that it was still not able to recognize the drive.
I tried a reset, a 456 reset, and then I also went and put a folder on the
drive to make sure that was not the issue.
I have tried plugging the drive in with the bn off, and with it on and at
one point, it did see the drive after about 15 minutes of waiting, but most
of the time, it is not recognizing it at all.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,

Robert Stigile
