Dear Joseph, And List!

Joseph is correct. I have done this as he has suggested. It worked out great.

When Our Sweet Rhonda sent me The Bible previously; I down-loaded them and had no problem at all.

She sent them as attachments. Each book was listed. She took extra time in sending them. So that as I received them they were already in order.!
Which I know took a great deal of time on her behalf.

I still have copies of them. If anyone would like to receive them I'd be more than glad to send them to you?!

I apologize; that this is being received so late. I've not been available to check my emails this evening and am just now getting to read them.

I'm more than sure that by the time this is listed; my information won't be of any help. Haha; which I understand.

The Best Is Always Yet To come"!

Hi Anita,
A similar problem came up a few years ago. The only solution to
this kind of lockup is by doing a Service Reset--Reset with
Record Button. You need to reset your time and date and so on.
There is an issue with manipulating large files (typically over
one megabyte or larger in size). So I recommend against
combining all 66 books of the Bible (about 4 MB in size) into one
single file - rather, I recommend that you split it into 66 files
each corresponding to each book of the Bible. Using a large file
(about a megabyte in size) will slow your BrailleNote down.
Cheers,
Joseph P.S. Have you tried dots 1-2-3 (FTS) or dots 4-5-6 (JKL)
Reset as well?

Subject: [Braillenote] BRAILLE NOTE PROBLEM

Hi all. I am having some trouble with my BrailleNote mPower.

I was trying to combine the entire Bible into one file, and it
the file seemed to be stuck. I couldn't do anything with the
BrailleNote. So I tried resetting it, but it wil not speak nore
will the braille change. All i have are the cells that you see
when it somtetimes is turned off and all of the 8 cells are
across the display. Have I ruined it or is there something I can
do to fix it?

Anita
