Hi If you are using Window-eyes to reply to a message on your PC with controlShiftR, you need to press insert B for bypass and then press controlShiftR as normally, ControlShiftR is for "Read to end" in window-eyes. If you are using JAWS (which I use more than window-eyes) just press controlShiftR.
