There are a series of articles dealing with this on the
BrailleNote archives:
The first is caused by RAM shortage (I believe). The only remedy
is to perform Reset.
The second is caused by a system file. In order to remedy this
problem, you'll need to Hard Rcffds your Unit (Reset plus dots
4-5-6). As soon as you select Internet, it will be recreated.

hi list, i am running a braille note MPower 32 and I have a
question, well two.
The first question is i go to some websites and the unit gets to
one hundred percent complete and it either hangs and does nothing
but beep or it acts like it's going to load the web page and
freezes causing me to do a reset.
What should i do to correct this problem?
This unit is also running keysoft 7.2 build 47.
My second question concerns the clear tempary internet files.
I try to do this, but when i do the unit says to me the directory
is not empty.
How do i get around this problem?
