Good evening, I received an attachment in RTF format today. After opening it on my PC, JAWS would read it. The text was showing up on the screen. I saved it to a thumb drive in hopes of reading it on my BrailleNote mPower. However, when I opened it using the BrailleNote, there was only two blank lines. Is there anything else I can try.
