Hi Stephanie:

I don't know whether you are using a BT or QT. However, leave out the dashes. If you are using a BT, write the number in uppercase, with no numbersign. We may need a little more information, but hopefully, this is a start.

Subject: [Braillenote] can't get dial up to work

AHi all,
I'd just received my classic back after some repairs, and have
lost
everything. I tired setting up my dial up Internet, but can't get
it
to work.it disconnects me as soon as it dials in. i rang my ISP
and
they said my user name and password are correct, so they couldn't
telll me what else could be going on. I also have the right
number.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Steph
