Andrew, you cannot sync between the Braillenote and OE. You can sync between the Braillenote and Outlook though. You will need Active Sync 3.8 on your PC. You can't go any higher than 3.8 until the OS or operating System on the BN is upgraded, something which I hope will happen soon.
