Hi Scott,
chc to my own archives, some Eloquence problems such as slowness
was reported to this list and to the HumanWare staff, but not in
this fashion. I believe this is the first time that this kind of
issue with a certain word has been discovered. I've just repoted
this to HumanWare Technical Support staff and to Andy with some
examples.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Eloquence may have trouble with certain
mispellingsof
the word "seizure"
Hi folks,
To those who are using BrailleNote or VoiceNote mPower with
Eloquence
synthesizer: please note that Eloquence might have issues with
certain
mispellings of the word "seizure." When you use speech, you'll
notice that,
as soon as Eloquence synthesizer encounters mispellings of the
word
"seizure," it will freeze your unit. Examples will be shown at
the end of
this message. The only way to fix this problem is by resetting
your
BrailleNote.
Cheers,
Joseph P.S. The best well-known example of this problem is when
Eloquence
detect the mispelling "caesures."
