One way to send the recipes is to create a document and insert the 56
recipes into the file.  You could create a number system and divide the
recipes into sections: for example, sectiion 1, appetizers;  section 2,
entres; section 3, desserts etc.  You could number the recipes within each
section and include an index so the person could easily find a particular
recipe.
