Hello Robert, what CD's did you copy and what format are the files? The only time I have ran into this problem is with some digital downloads that require a license on the PC to allow the files to be played. I got around this by using Windows Media player to burn a CD of the tracks that wouldn't play on the BN and then ripped them to my PC again. I don't know if this helps. Good luck.

Sincerely,
John

Subject: [Braillenote] media player

Hello All,
I have a question for anyone who is able to help me.
As some of you may know, recently I had my bn repaired, which
included a new motherboard.
I have copied some cd's on to my Western Digital hard drive.
now, for the problem I have.
When I go to play these files on the bn, it gives me a message of
which I do not get if I try playing through the pc.
It is the following:
This media file cannot be played.
It is protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) --capabilities
which your device manufacturer has not included.
Thanks,
Robert Stigile
