Hi there,
This means that the gauge is too "inacurate" to give you the
percentage. The remedy is to run battery recalibration.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] battery conditioning recommended?

Hi listers! Perhaps, this is an old issue for many of you, but
earlier today when I went to the options menu and proceeded to
check my power levels, the machine told me what the levels were,
but also said that battery conditioning was recommended. What
exactly does this mean? I know I know, I should probably already
know the answer to this, but I'd rather be safe than sorry, so
this is why I ask this question of those of you that know better
than I do what this message means. As I always do, I thank you
in advance for any contribution any of you care to make. Isaih
