Well to add to what Joseph is saying about recommending an annual servicing. You are also able to see how many times you have charged your battery, if you have charged it more than 300 times than it is ready for a battery replacement. This is only possible on mPowers and Classics, QT commands will be in parenthesis from the main menu go into options, space with o (function with o) go into support info, space with i (read with i) press i, if this value is above 300, it is time
