Hi Rhonda; Under look up are items about embossing address... After look up, if you enter you get selection list for address list, enter and you have your first name.
Hay Ann! I found it. Hit the middle right thumb key on selection list for address list and you will get last name. Rhonda just had the wrong section or it was changed on 7.2. Not often I have been able to solve my own problem address Next use the right outer thumb key to go the other names with that letter. Middle right will take you through the fields of the name that you chose, like before. Have a nice holiday.
