Hi Isaac; In the message below, you will find one of our moderators. I have not had any problems with the m-power. I held of on converting to 7.2 until hopefully most of the bugs were solved. I got a copy of the dictionary and love it. The main features I use are the address book, the recording feature and the wordprocessor. I am learning to use the book reader and do not have internet access. I love my m-power, because I am slowly trying to leave jumbo print behind. It is getting harder and harder for me to read things and I know I have to prepare for the day. You will greatly enjoy your unit. I even use it for keeping records of my NFB nut sales. You can see, it is a handy little tool or you might say, friend.

You didn't specify which one, but I assume you mean Step 11. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
