I have not had any problems with the m-power.  I held of on converting
to 7.2 until hopefully most of the bugs were solved.  I got a copy of
the dictionary and love it.  The main features I use are the address
book, the recording feature and the wordprocessor.  I am learning to use
the book reader and do not have internet access.  I love my m-power,
because I am slowly trying to leave jumbo print behind.  It is getting
harder and harder for me to read things and I know I have to prepare for
the day.
You will greatly enjoy your unit.  I even use it for keeping records of
my NFB nut sales.  You can see, it is a handy little tool or you might
say, friend.

If you are talking about Step 11, 4-chord is correct.  You didn't
specify which one, but I assume you mean Step 11.
