one side of my 18cell unit is like that, think you'll have to send it in to
Humanware. I'm used to it now, but noone seems to think at HW australia
there is anything wrong with it, so I just put up with it.
It's been like that scince the day I got it so I shouldn't have to pay to
get it fixed? Could this have happened in NZ? when it was built?

Scott

Subject: [Braillenote] dipped braille display

Hi y'all.
I have a braillenote mpower with an 18 cell
braille display. As of recent i have noticed that
the ends of the braille display are dipped so that
when the dotts are raised they are level with the
plastic of the bn casing.
does anyone know why this has happened or if it
can be resolved?

Louise.
