You should try a reset first, then a 4-5-6 reset. If that fails:
Try changing, in your configuration's settings (connectivity > review an existing configuration) the "obtain an address automatically?" option from yes to no. Ensure you have an IP address, DNS address, default gateway, and subnet mask ready (from the network administrator) as the BN will ask you for all those.
