Maybe you have it in one hand mode where you have to press the space
bar to make it register. Try holding down the enter key while powering
on.

Graham, have you done any resets? I don't quite understand, but I am
assuming you are using the BT. Try doing a 456 reset. Press and release
the reset, while Holding down the 456 until the chimes come on. Make
sure your speech is on so that you can report what it says.

Hi all
Basically the problem is with the top 9 keys of the note taker.
They are the writing keys, cursors and space bar. All I can do
with the
machine at the moment is go through the menus just using the two
cursor keys
on
the bottom side at the front of the note taker. When it comes to
writing
anything at all or setting up the date and time, it does not
work. Its
running keysoft 5. Any help much appreciated. Cheers!
