All, There has been some misinformation surrounding this concern. HumanWare is most definitely still fully providing support for the BrailleNote classic products. The manufacturer of the compact flash wired ethernet card has discontinued the original version of the card, and the newer currently shipping version is no longer compatible with the BrailleNote classic. We have been able to support this newer card on the mPower and PK products via an extra driver available on the support area of the Humanware web site. BrailleNote classic customers would need to locate one of the original models of the ethernet card for it to be compatible. Exact model numbers of both cards are available on the product compatibility lists also found on the support area of the HumanWare web site. Regards,
