I don't know the answer to your question but.
Did you try the "Free Database Space" under the "KeyMail Setup
Options" menu?
Does the number of folders you have happen to about 26?
No idea if there's any limit or what it really is.

Subject: [Braillenote] email folders
Hi y'all.
I tried to save an email into a new folder and
got, "all 26 folders have been used." Is there a
way of increasing the number of email folders i
can use? Also when i erased one email folder and
created a new one in it's place, it wouldn't let
me save the email into it. It said, "exception
command access violation reading" and then a
number. I had to exit the email and then go back
into it to move it to my new folder.
If anyone can help it would be greatly
appreciated.
