Dear Kelbi,
I would take Terry's suggestions, but is this a whole file that
you are trying to coppy? If it is, I always use the insert file
command even with just my 2, 3, 4, or sometimes even 5 kb of
text.

My guess is your block is too big to handle. 3 Megabytes worth
of text is
an awfully big file!
Instead of copying the block to the clipboard, try using the
insert file
command.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to settle for moving or copying
the file
from one folder to another.
