Bob, I have a hard time believing a Humanware staff member would
tell you that lockups will only get worse. I believe as a list,
we need to know who quoted you this information. If what you
said is true concerning what Humanware staff said, we would not
buy units, nor would we be upgrading. I'd like to hear from a
staff person on this issue.

Dear List,
In January I talked to a Humanware support person about the issue
of our units just locking up sometimes. He said that since the
BrailleNote had more features and was more powerful now it was
more vulnerable to locking up and apparently it will only get
worse in the future.
