Rob,

I was actually just on the website here in the United States yesterday. I 
found that the changes made in the website were rather nice, it made a level 
of easier navigation. I didn't get any of the error messages or encountered 
any of the issues that you outlined. I am using Windows XP Pro SP2, JFW 8, 
and IE 7.
