Hi there,
Try reseting your unit, then do the following:
1. Go to email/Read Email.
2. Go to OutBox. Press ENTER on the email that you want to
read.
3. At the send to prompt, read the address to see if you can
read some kind of strange character at the endddDelete this email
address by pressing BACKSPACE with dots 2-3-5-6. Then press
ENTER.
This error happens because there is an unknown character that is
inserted into email addresses. After you've done this, press
SPACE with e until you hear "KeyMail Menu." Try sending the email
again. Now it should work.

Dear all,
You might think it was Steve poasting but it's Bobby. I was just
trying to send an Email to Steve. What happened was I was
replying to Kandi's message about Steve's long subject lines.
When I was getting ready to send the Email it just said parmfail
destination not valid after giving me an Eror 501. I tried again
and it said Eror 401 eror 400 and just locked up.
