Yes, your card is going bad. I have experienced the same problem, but it went away when I got a new card.

Dear List,
This happens to me a lot. I don't know why, but reset the unit
with no keys held down. It works for me every time.
From,
Bobby

Subject: [braillenote] Is my wifi card going bad?

Hi,Several months ago, I got the SanDisc wifi card for my BN.
Last week when I plugged it in, the braille note recognized the
memory part but I couldn't access the internet. Every time I
plug it in it says card not recognized.. The wireless network is
working properly. Help? thnx.Derek
