Normally an SMA will cover any minor version. For example, KS 7.0
came out and took a count, but 7.01 did not. 7.2 did, but 7.2B47
and 7.2.1B54 did not. The deciding factor seems to be: a count is
taken if major features are added. If the upgrade fixes bugs
and/or stabilizes things it is called a patch and is free to
those who already have the version it is fixing. So if you had
7.0 you would have to get to 7.2 first before updating to
7.2.1B54, which would take a count (7.2). HTH and that I did not
