Did you get any further info by going online and trying to track the package
that way? For, if memory serves, the UPS tracking info gives pretty good
info as to when and where a package departed. And, although the US Post
Office usually doesn't give this much detail, UPS generally gives info as to
any stops along the way, giving departure and arrival scan type things and
the like.

Subject: [Braillenote] HUMANWARE, UPS AND TWO-DAY AIR DELIVERY ... HMM,I'M
SHAKING MY HEAD??

Hi Everyone and to Humanware Staff:

I sent the patient to the hospital recently. He needed some surgery. That
patient was my BrailleNote Classic. It was SUPPOSEDLY SHIPPED BACK TO ME on
Friday, July 6, 2007 UPS two-day air.  Well, July 7 & 8 were weekends;
expected delivery was to be Tuesday, July 10, 2007. I have a tracking
number which I obtained from Humanware Customer Service.

Twice on Monday, July 9, 2007, I got calls from UPS advising me that cured
Classic WILL BE DELIVERED between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and tat a
SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED.

Well, I canceled ALL APPOINTMENTS and chose to STA IN MY OFFICE to FORMALLY
WELCOME the patient back home.

What do you know? UPS DID NOT SHOW UP and NO DELIVERY was made as promised
both by Humanware's Customer Service and UPS recorded notification.

So, here I am SHAKING MY HEAD, wondering what TWO-DAY AIR truly means? If I
had had FedEx pick up my cured Classic using my company's account, THREE-DAY
GROUND or even SECOND-DAY AIR would have arrived here by now.

I posted this here so that in the future, you'd all watch carefully for
TWO-DAY AIR delivery from Mrs. Blue!! But I think I am GOING TO FIGHT for a
refund of ALL SHIPPING CHARGES if any was accessed--I can use that $45, <
chuckle>!!

Sincerely,
Olusegun
