Dear Chamin and list:

You said you did a hardware reset.  Try a 4-5-6 reset and if that
doesn't work an engineer's reset with the record button and reset
button.

If it is still dead, plug in the ac adapter and repeat the above
resets.

And if they don't work, call tech support at (800) 722-3393 and
ask for ideas and an R. M. a. to send the unit in for service.
