You did go to the media menu and press the letter (m) and then go to
your (my memos) folder on the flash disk?
And then pressed enter on that folder and spaced until you heard the
file name and pressed enter on that?
And it still didn't play?

I wish that there was something else I could tell you to do to make it
play!

Hello list, Brenda, I checked for hidden files but found none. I
followed instructions and I was able to move the file to my
memos. But I still cannot read it. Kevin there is no
identifying information in the file name. I downloaded this file
just to learn how to do it. NOW I know where to find help in the
user guide. I had only read the information in the section on
downloads and that wasn't much help. I think I will delete this
download and try again. Thank you all for your help. even
though I didn't read this download, I learned some things trying.

Christen,
It isn't required for media files to be in any particular folder.
But, the
requirement is for them to be a supported file type of the
BrailleNote.
Until we determine the file type, there isn't much we can do.

Hello MS. Osmar,
I have a VOICENOTE Mpower Bt Keysoft 7.2.
First thing that we need to have you do is move the file you
downloaded
from your downloads folder to your My Memos folder.
So hear is what I want you to do.
First: go to the main menu by pressing space with dots
1-2-3-4-5-6.
Second: Go to the File Manager Menu by pressing the letter(f)
that's dots
1-2-4.
Third: Your going to move the file so press the letter(m) that's
dots
1-3-4.
You'll hear the Bn say, Drive?
When you hear that press the letter(f) that's dots 1-2-4 that
will take
you to the flash drive.
Then you need to press space until you hear the bn say
(downloads) when
you hear it say that press enter.
Then your going to press space one time.
Then you need to press space with the letter(x) that's space
with dots
1-3-4-6 until you hear the bn say: (List Of All Files.)
Then press space until you hear the name of your file, When you
hear the
name of your file press enter.
Now you should hear the bn say, move file to which drive?
When you hear that you need to press the letter(f) that's dots
1-2-4 that
will take you to the flash disk.
Then You need to press space until you hear the bn say (my
memos) when you
hear it say that press enter.
And that should move your file to the correct folder.
Then go back to the main menu by pressing space with dots
1-2-3-4-5-6.
I'll have to see how you are supposed to get the file to play if
it's
supported on the bn.
But first you need to get the file in to the correct folder!
I hope that this starts to help at any rate!
I will get back to you further about this difficulty your having
as soon
as I know how and what to tell you to do!
