Hi all, I just want to let you know that I am very impressed with the help I'm receiving so far from Humanware Europe. I'm in the process of ordering an mPower as part of my disabled students allowance, or DSA, and every e-mail I send to them they seem to reply in a timely manner. This is excellent customer service, and I can't thank them enough for the help I'm receiving so far. Let's hope that when I actually receive the product the tremendous support will continue.
