Hi Donna,
No, you can use higher gb if you get the free drivers from Humanware, or get 7.5, which is coming out possiblely in August There is also a maintenance build that is free and on Humanware's website, but I'm not sure if the drivers are included on it because I downloaded the drivers before I got the free upgrade. Also, I believe that if you purchase a bn now, before the next release, you will either get a free upgrade or the upgrade will already be installed. Don't quote me on it though, because I'm not exactly sure how it works.

Hope this helps

Subject: [Braillenote] Question re SD cards

Hello all,

My name is Donna Goodin. I just joined this list because I am
seriously
considering the purchase of a BrailleNote. I have been reading
the
manual, and it appears that it is not possible to use SD cards
larger
than 1G. Is this true?

Thanks in advance, I look forward to learning from all of you
about the
BrailleNote.
Cheers,,
Donna
