Thanks Terri and Ann; I did not know, because I arrow through my choices like create a document and open a document and make my choice. Its just as fast for me. What agrivates me with the letter method is, say I press a to get the address book. It does not show address book. Instead it shows keylist menu. I tried this a few times yesterday, because I did not know for sure were I was, until I entered and got add address. I find it a little more confusing. Terry Powers
