Thanks Terri and Ann;
I did not know, because I arrow through my choices like create a
document and open a document and make my choice. Its just as fast for
me. What agrivates me with the letter method is, say I press a to get
the address book. It does not show address book. Instead it shows
keylist menu. I tried this a few times yesterday, because I did not
know for sure were I was, until I entered and got add address.
I find it a little more confusing.

Hi, Terry,

C stands for create a document. Once the document has been created the
o
can be used instead of the c.
