Have you done a 4-5-6 (J-K-L) reset yet? That will often fix
things like what you described.

Dear All,
I'm just wondering if anyone has had this problem. When I go to
the archives for this list it just says 100 percent complete and
then when I finally get tired of waiting for it to load and press
space with E to cancel it I get varying results. Sometimes it
will just have a link that says BrailleNote and sometimes I will
get the first part of the web page and then when the link is
suppose to be more info on this list it says brailleNote. Even
worse, when I try to go to a website after I go to this website
it says 0 percent complete and then when I cancel that one I get
no page to display. When I exit that page and try to exit keyweb
it just locks up. To make matters even stranger it will give me
the acception command and then it won't take me to the page. The
other strange thing is that I can get onto other websites no
problem except after I have been on the BrailleNote archives or
the favorite that came with the BrailleNote. The other odd thing
about this is it only started about 24 hours ago.
