Dear All but mainly hw staff,
I think we need some input from HumanWare before we can make any
complaints. However you are right, people depend on their units
a little too much to be without them for a couple of weeks.
We'll have to schedule a battery replacement over my winter
break. Does anyone know exactly how long it takes?
