Yes, I had a similar issue with them when I was transplanting my
MPower. I honestly don't remember exactly what happened, but I
remember I called HW and tried to get it straightened out. They said
it was something about trying to make sure the money was there. Well,
it wasn't, because I knew they didn't need it yet. I told them that
they needed to tell people about that 'cause I wasn't the only one who
wouldn't think about that.



Anyway, I'd cancel my order and wait until it's really out. Who knows.
You could be waiting, and waiting. . . .
