Hi Kristen,
You can in fact download the product key.
You have to get the bin file from HumanWare
website. If I'm correct, HW will not send
these files as an attachment (KeyMail and
possibly other programs only allows up to 10
MB for attachment; thus, the bin and the
product key file would be around 44 MB so you
cannot receive it using email).

These questions' are to everyone here however
I have only heard
Malaina say anything about this particular
matter in this way!
So Malaina And ALL my questions' are these:
Can I have HumanWare send me the software
upgrade when it comes out
via email?
Like Could they put the product key and bin
files and everything into
an attachment on an email and send it to me?
Then I could detach the attachment into a SD
card that I will have
purchased before hand?
And Then I could just do the upgrade in the
usual way?
If this is possible to whom should I speak
about this at HumanWare?
