Ottawa Canada Dear Martha:
Try removing all cards, either SD, CF or PC/MCIA from your Mpower and then press the reset button, located behind the power switch and recessed inside a little hole in the side of the unit. The point of a ballpoint pen works nicely for pressing this button if you can't do so with just a finger nail. If this doesn't clear the trouble, try a reset with dots 4-5-6 held down. This sometimes clears trouble a simple reset doesn't. Finally, try an Engineer's Reset, Pressing the reset and record buttons simultaneously. If this doesn't clear the problem, you need to call Humanware Tech Support on their 800 number and ask for help. I haven't personally ran into the problem you have encountered, but doing a reset as described above usually clears up most problems. Would have telephoned you but its after 11 PM and I don't know how late you normally take calls. Brian Brian K.
