All of Hadley's courses are free and any blind person can enroll in
them--You don't have to live in the U.S. They have branches all over the
world.
So, if I wanted a refresher in Nemeth code, I'd take their course instead of
buying the expensive software from HumanWare.

Hadley still offers the grade 3 course. The person who emailed me back
said it is an 8-month course on cassette tape with workbooks. That's all I
got. Oh, you have to submit an application and eye evaluation form to get
enrolled in any course, but courses (this one anyway) are free. HTH.
