The problem is with your cell phone, not your Braillenote. Unfortunately, I use a 6682 and not an e62 so I'm not sure how to tell you to proceed. You need to see what access points are configured in your phone. You should cont Cingular (now the new AT&T) to get assistance in setting the correct access point for your phone.
