Dear Derek:

If you have the use of either a different BrailleNote, VoiceNote
or a PC with a card reader, you can try the card in them and see
if you can rescue your valuable files.

But if the card has truly gone to Card Heaven, all you can do is
send it back to its makers for warranty replacement if still
under warranty or if the warranty has expired, trash it and buy
another wireless card and a memory card.

You may wish to consider an SD memory card if you have an Mpower
as they are smaller and I think drain the battery less.
