Hi J. OK here's a few:
1. Blind Computing: this list talks about general computing for the blind.
2. Blindtech: Similar to the above, but is hosted on Yahoogroups. To join,
send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and reply to the
confirmation message.
3. If you're interested in the mac, try going to www.macvisionaries.com.
They have a discussion list that you can join which is about using the mac
for blind users.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [Braillenote] About Lists For The Blind
Dear Listers,
I am stepping a bit outside the bounds of this list to ask this question,
but I read so many comments from so many of you that tell me there's a few
things I could do to become a little more current with accessibility
issues and technologies for the blind.
Is there a list that you might recommend to me that could address more
general questions such as tips and tricks for getting around specific
applications like Adobe or perhaps whether or not there is a successful
screenreading program for the Mac environment, or even more general issues
that concern the blind community on the Internet? Any advice would be
appreciated.
