I know this is a little off topic but I'm looking for someone with experience using the Versapoint Duo Embosser.
We have a used Versapoint Duo and have successfully linked it with the mPower however, we are having trouble with margins. The paper we are using is the smaller 8 1/2 by 11 inch, it's tractor feed and I've inserted it flush against the paper guide on the far left side. Even though I have set the Left Margin to 1 and the Right Margin to 34 and used the one, star, one pound sign to save the configuration, it starts printing about 4 characters over and continues into the right hand side tractor feed margin. I just can't see what I'm doing wrong. I did a factory re-set and then set the configs again with no avail. I've downloaded the manual from the Freedom Scientific website and tried everything I can to solve this problem. Anyone have any suggestions that I might try?
