Hi Kathleen,

As I understand it, the "Received" folder, (like the "Sent" folder), does not actually contain messages. They contain a link or pointer to the associated messages, which really live in another folder.
It is a bit like a web page and it's url--if that makes sense.
I don't know what happens if you delete the link in the "Received" folder, but it wouldn't save much space.
I think it is also similar for the "All" folder.
