That same thing happened to me!
I called HUMANWARE and it was there a couple days later!
However since we appear to be getting so close to crunch time with the
upgrade release you should probably call humanware A-S-A-P!
You need to speak to someone in The Customer Service Department.
Here is the numbers you'll need.
the HUMANWARE toll free number in the U.S; I hope your in the U.S;
anyway:
The number Is:
1-800-722-3393
Then your going to hear a list of numbers to take you to different
places in HUMANWARE just press the number three and you'll be taken to
the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
You'll need to tell them when you purchased the S-M-A and your first
and last name and your BN'S CEREAL number!
They need all of this information because they have to give it to the
people at HUMANWARE New-Z-Land that is who updates the S-M-A'S.
