Hi Peggy,

for the other account, when it asks for your user name and password, put the name and password for the other account. If you still want to show the reply address as your regular email address, put that in the "your email address" field. That way it will show as your regular address for the reply. And, of course, put your name in the "your name" field.

The username field is actually the username and domain for whichever account you wish to send from.

Hope this is clear.

Don

Subject: [Braillenote] Showing a different "from" address

Hi, all. I can't remember how to make an e-mail account in the directory of services show a different "from" address than the address from which I'm sending. I want to be able to send from an account where I don't receive very much mail, but I want it to show that it's from my regular e-mail address, from which I do most of my e-mail. It seems to me that when I used to set up e-mail accounts in the directory of services, there was a way to get to where I could enter the "from" information, so that I could make it look like it's from my regular e-mail address; but I can't get that option to pop up, and I can't remember how to get into the address list or whatever it is to change it. I can't find anything about this in the manual. Can anyone help?

Peggy
