Chris; Backspace with 1,4 will allow you to make a change in the address book. I think of it as backspace c and then I can remember that it will allow me to make a change. I was just editing my address book and forgot if it was space with c or backspace with c. I just thought of something, maybe it will cancel out the file. I just tried it and with some playing around it finally worked! Now I can do some cleaning befor I do my back up. Why cann't they put things like this in the command list! Thanks again. I sure never would have guessed the same command would do such different sizes of deletions on such different documents.
