Jan and all, I should point out that once KeySync has been successfully
installed you can reinstall IE7 and all will be well. It's just installing
it in the first place that's the issue here. Sorry for not stating this
earlier.

I was interested to read about your problem installing KeySync. I had the
same problem when I decided to install it just after I got my mPower a few
months ago. It just Wouldn't install on my PC.
Now I know why. I am using IE7, and don't want to go back to IE6 just so I
can use KeySyync, so I too hhope something is done about the problem.
Before I upgraded to the mPower I keyed my address list record by record
in to Microsoft Outlook on my PC so that when I got the mPower I would be
able to syncronise the address lists, and put the complete llist back on
the mPower without having to key it in again. Because I couldn't install
KeySync I had to do that. It took many hours. Most frustrating.

Sorry if this is off topic, but wasn't sure where exactly to post it, so
thought I'd post here.
I'd like to report that attempting to install KeySync PC Software will
fail if you have IE7 installed. The installation will not even start
properly; it just stops responding. However, if you revert back to IE6,
KeySync can be installed successfully. Hope this will be fixed in Keysoft
7.5. Now just got to work out why KeySync will refuse to connect, despite
me having a partnership with ActiveSync. Thanks in advance for the help.
