Hello:
I have had a similar printing problem with an HP 3200 series
printer.
It is odd and happens most often printing from Keyplan. By
experimenting a bit it came to light that printing a second time
it prints correctly.
My situation may be different as the printer is Not the only
device connected to the printer - the BrailleNote mPower uses the
USB while the PC is connected using a parallel cable.
